The first time you meet him, you are stunned by his height and weight. He's stocky and tall, broad of shoulder. He's only a child, and yet he's already beginning to tower over his peers. You are sure that by the time he is 2 years of age, he will be the tallest among them. His large, rounded ears have tuffs of fur that peek out from the tips. From his ears to his round leaf-green eyes, both alerted to you, watching your movements, listening to your breath. You wonder if you should be scared. A pale brown-pink nose sits nearly surrounded by a sea of white.
Brown tabby fur hangs from the stocky frame, making him appear larger than you think he might be. But those large paws tell you otherwise. He's destined to tower, and destined to be a force to be reckoned with. Large fangs flash as he crouches, and you know you will soon feel the sting of those pearly white claws. His voice is deep, deeper than you expect a young cat to have, and it rumbles, shaking you to the tips of your toes.
"Get ready to fight."

Sedgepaw's whole persona is still in it's infancy. Where a naive little boy lives, one that will grow wise, will emerge. For the time being, Sedgepaw is curious, thirsty for knowledge and life. His protective nature is something many will see evolve to include all of his clan, vs just his family. This proves to be his saving grace, for all those times he'll trip and tumble over his fellow clan mates due to his paws being to big for his body during his youth. A good listener, he's the shoulder to cry on. A gentle giant, one who will not let anyone else come of harm.
His intelligence comes with his age, but for now he is simply a clever tom, striving to prove his strength and use his size to his advantage. He's the jock everyone wishes to be, and yet he would much rather be nestled in camp, learning something new in a story that can help him change patterns in the way the clans and court work. History repeats itself, and sometimes, not for the better. He has a patience, something one would not expect from someone who's tripped over his paws more times than any can count.
His reserved, quiet nature is definitely notable. He tends to sit back, and watch the clan move - and it helps him. But this does not help with his social skills. Many will see him as imposing, impossibly frightening just simply due to his height, and some days he will play into it. His face loses the kitten fat, and grows cold in appearance, hoping to keep those away who deem to bully him.

PLOT INTEGRATION:
The Protector - By the age of 24 moons, Sedgepaw will reach his full height of 16''. He will likely be pretty stocky as well, meaning that should his leader request it of him, he will do whatever he can to protect his clanmates, even throw his body on the line.

HISTORY:
-02 Moons . After many moons of harassment from their parents to produce heirs to their bloodlines - Lilywaters and Fallowclaw, childhood friends, announce they are expecting kits. While their parents demand they announce they will be mates, both friends agree they would rather value their friendships and co-parent the kits together as best friends, vs forced lovers.
00 Moons . Sedgekit, Sagekit, and Lavenderkit are born in the middle of leafbare. Lilywaters is sick with greencough when she gives birth, and the recovery for her becomes something that worries not only her family, Fallowclaw, but also the Medicine Cat. She is weaken for a week and a half after giving birth, but recovers.
03 Moons . Sedgekit has quickly surpassed the eldest kits in the nursery in size, at only 3 moons of age. While his siblings seem to be around average size or smaller, many tease that he hogged all the milk from his mother. Sedgekit feels upset that he's the reason his siblings are smaller. His mother and father tell him he has nothing to worry about. He plays eagerly with his siblings, who enjoy when he trips over his paws.
05 Moons . Lilywaters passes away from a blood infection, causes by a scratch she received while using the dirt place. The kittens are devasted, as is their father.
06 Moons . Sedgepaw, alongside Sagepaw and Lavenderpaw are named apprentices. His mentor is _______ (played by @tag). He begins his training, quickly surpassing the size of apprentices closer to graduating. Many wonder just how big the young tom will be.
07 Moons . Just days before [rp starts], turning 7 moons old, their father Fallowclaw passes unexpectedly. The Medicine Cat claims it to be of a heart issue.
