A bulky black tom, it's clear that much like his sister his namesake comes from his resemblance to the corvid in his name. Sleek furred and black as the night, Ravenwatcher has all the qualities of a raven. While he does tend to blend in with a crowd, he prefers it this way, as it aids in his stalking and hunting abilities. Due to his sleek fur, he can look rather unassuming, especially when sitting down, however, the tom is very broad in the shoulder department and is actually a skilled fighter. He has a few scars along his shoulders from battle, but has since become a bit cautious --- preferring to use his dark colouration for sneak attacks. His eyes are a piercing amber, the only thing that truly stands out about the pure black tom.

Ravenwatcher has always been the more responsible sibling between him and his sister. Cautious, down to Earth, grounded in reality, and adverse to most risks. He was a patient tom who has always tried to be his sister's rock and protector, but after their parents grew distant due to internal conflicts and the death of their brother, Ravenwatcher has found it more and more difficult to keep a level head in terms of his emotions. He's always felt the need to be strong, he was the next tom after all, but now that Magpiestrike has grown more reckless to the point of near death experiences he finds himself prone to growing agitated easily and becoming over-emotional at the drop of a hat. Truthfully, the tom feels like he has no one he can go to for his difficulties, as he's always relied on his sister as the more adventerous one to make friends for the pair, and sicne his last outburst at her riisk taking there has been a large rift in their relationship.

While Magpiestrike may think he's a bit dull and overcautious, it comes from a mixture of fear and experience. Ravenwatcher doesn't want to lose Magpiestrike (or himself for that matter) so he has always felt the need to be the more cautious and grounded of the pair, as Magpiestrike made it clear from a young age that she was intent on doing what she wanted when she wanted it.

Ravenwatcher is intelligent, using his caution to re-invent his own approach to battling. Instead of coming head on (which he could do as a stocky and well-built tom), he uses his dark fur to blend in to the foliage, especially at night and relies on sneak attacks. He's grown rather strong as tree climbing as well as leaping, aiding him in this aspect of his life.
